Acceptance Criteria
- • Mature tubers with firm skin
- • Free from diseases and pests
- • Properly cured (skin set)
- • Minimum dirt and foreign material
Rejection Criteria
- • Excessive mechanical damage or cuts
- • Soft rot or signs of fungal growth
- • Green potatoes (high solanine)
- • Frost damage or excessive sprouting
